Ben Nabors

Ben represents individuals and companies in a variety of industries in disputes ranging from breach of contract to employment matters to wrongful death.  Since joining the firm, he has served as the lead associate on numerous cases, shepherding them from the filing of the initial pleading through to a successful resolution.  A passionate advocate for his clients, Ben is dedicated to achieving their objectives through a creative and thoughtful approach.   

Prior to joining the firm, Ben’s practice focused on the defense of broker dealers and registered investment advisors, as an associate at a boutique litigation firm in Austin, Texas.
