Charlie is a litigation associate who has gained experience in all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
Charlie earned his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law. During law school, he participated in the Capital Punishment Clinic, working closely with experienced attorneys in the representation of indigent defendants charged with or convicted of capital offenses. He was also an associate editor for The Review of Litigation.
Prior to law school, Charlie worked for a major telecommunications company where he negotiated and drafted non-standard agreements for the company’s enterprise customers on a variety of projects including cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and software-defined networking (SDN) solutions.
