Enrique Ramirez 

Enrique is a Tillotson Patton associate who handles high-stakes disputes from intake through verdict in federal court, state court, and arbitration alike. Since joining the firm in 2021, he has worked alongside Jeff Tillotson on a broad portfolio of complex matters spanning real estate, finance, and government, including business torts and the full range of contract disputes. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants, and has litigated on behalf of, and adverse to, local and state governments, national banks, and other financial institutions. Representative matters include federal RICO litigation on behalf of a major North Texas developer and representation of a leading Dallas-based hedge fund in a widely publicized dispute against related REITs. 

Enrique's experience spans every phase of complex commercial litigation, from discovery and motion practice through the preparation and examination of both fact and expert witnesses. He has served as second chair in numerous jury trials, bench trials, and evidentiary hearings, and has both argued and second-chaired injunction hearings on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants.
