Nathaniel D. Buchheit

Nathaniel’s practice centers on his superlative legal writing.  An experienced trial and appellate lawyer, he has authored countless winning motions and briefs in state and federal courts across the country.  Nathaniel has represented Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, oil and gas companies, government entities, and individuals in a wide range of matters, from class actions, habeas, and breach of contract cases to fraud, RICO, personal injury, and antitrust claims with billions of dollars at stake.

Prior to joining Tillotson Johnson & Patton, Nathaniel practiced in the Washington, D.C. office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
