Nathaniel is an experienced litigator and superlative writer who has practiced before federal, state, and local courts and tribunals at the trial and appellate level throughout the country and internationally, including working on briefs submitted to numerous federal courts of appeal and the U.S. Supreme Court. He has represented Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, oil and gas companies, government entities, and individual and pro bono clients in a wide range of matters, from class actions, habeas, and breach of contract cases to fraud, RICO, and antitrust claims with billions of dollars at stake.
Prior to joining Tillotson Law, Nathaniel was an associate with several firms, including Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Bryan Cave LLP.
