A Dallas County jury returned a unanimous verdict on October 21 in favor of Tillotson Patton’s client on all counts for fraud and breach of fiduciary duty, awarding all damages sought, including exemplary damages.
The Tillotson Patton team of Jon Patton, Mollie Mallory, and Sara Babineaux prepared the case from beginning to end, developing the facts, and building a clear, compelling narrative that allowed the team to tell the client’s story simply and effectively to the jury.
The verdict comes just one month after Patton, Mallory, and Babineaux won a unanimous $24 million verdict for the State of Washington.
