Mollie Mallory

Mollie is a trial and appellate associate with a remarkable breadth of experience in all phases of litigation.

Mollie received her J.D. from Baylor Law School with honors earning a Special Distinction in Litigation. Mollie was an active participant in the advocacy program at Baylor Law, serving as captain of the American Association for Justice mock trial team and the Tournament of Champions mock trial team. Mollie was awarded the Excellence in Mock Trial Award and the Advocacy Award from the faculty at Baylor Law School.

During law school, Mollie served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Jeffrey Cureton of the Northern District of Texas and the Honorable Judge Alan Albright of the Western District of Texas. Before joining the firm, Mollie’s practice focused on health care, medical malpractice, and catastrophic injury litigation.
