Jon is a partner at Tillotson Law. He specializes in business litigation. Jon and Jeff founded Tillotson Law firm in 2016 based on the shared vision of a boutique firm of trial lawyers focused on complex commercial litigation. Since then, they have assembled a specialized trial team dedicated to trying and winning cases.
Jon’s extensive experience in complex high-stakes commercial and business disputes enables him to anticipate his clients' needs and shepherd their cases through the trial process. During Jon's first chair trial experience, he earned his clients' trust on their most challenging problems. For example:
Jon has first chaired two week-long jury trials to verdict and several high-stakes injunction hearings, as well as numerous dispositive motion and discovery hearings.
Jeff and Jon represented SCA Promotions, Inc. in a lawsuit against Yahoo involving the 2014 NCAA Tournament “Billion Dollar Bracket Challenge” that led to a huge victory for the client.
